It’s Day 33 and I feel great. After having to repeat Week 4 due to bad eating, drinking and sleeping habits during vacation, I’m so happy with how far I have come.
I’m eating healthier everyday and including more and more vegetables and fruits into every meal. I’ve even reduced my bread intake which is a big deal because I ate grains with every meal. There is still more work to be done but I am proud of myself.
I’ve always been thin and I’ve worked out as well for quite awhile but my eating habits weren’t on track. Sure I ate salad but with tons of cheese and dressing. I also ate pizza, pasta, and white rice pretty frequently. I can’t remember the last time I had pizza! I miss it but I don’t want to lose track.
When I started this T25 program, I had no expectations. Ever since I successfully finished P90x, I couldn’t find a program that gave me big results. So I just maintained and tried a bunch of different things. I’m going to work on setting goals for the next 30 days. I feel like it’s necessary. Perhaps weekly goals to keep me motivated.
I haven’t seen a change on the scale but I am seeing physical changes. Please disregard how crazy I look on the left. I took the pic after my very first T25 workout.
I definitely see progress and I’m excited!
