Banana Ice Cream

I love sweets! So when a friend of mine told me you can make ice cream from a banana, I was game.

I was so excited that I didn’t even look up the proper way to make this happen. I made it all wrong and yet it was still delicious.

Here is my botched up version:

  1. As soon as she told me about this “new” ice cream idea, I threw an unpeeled banana in the fridge.
  2. I forgot about it and then days later (today) just took it out of the fridge.
  3. After realizing how difficult it is to peel a frozen banana, I managed to get all of the peel removed. Some of the banana began to melt. :-(
  4. Threw it in the blender.
  5. Blender didn’t budge and I decided to use some vanilla soy milk to help it move.
  6. I made ice cream!

Do it my way or their way or your own crazy way . . . it’s still going to be delicious, healthy ice cream!
