Jillian Michaels “Ripped in 30.”
I will be very honest with you all. I didn’t finish P90x2. Not because I felt like I couldn’t but emotionally, I wasn’t there anymore. I made it into Week 2 of Phase 3 and I just lost the motivation. With so many other things going on in my life and a lot of sadness, I just didn’t feel in the mood. I feel like it sound like an excuse and I guess it is but it’s not a sorry excuse. I’ll be back – stronger and fiercer than ever.
I have decided to back off the Beachbody trend for a little bit and raise my spirits and hopes back up with Jillian Michaels. I have never tried her workout routines but some people swear by it so I am going to give it a shot. 30 days, 30 minutes. That sounds good to me. Along with Zumba and Kickboxing this should give me the boost I need to start P90x2 all over again.
